Camilia McMillie

Camilia McMillie, a 25-year-old from Birmingham, Alabama, was arrested recently at Maimi International Airport after assaulting and injuring an American Airlines gate agent and causing $10,000 in damages during a violent outburst. In videos posted on social media, McMillie can be seen tearing up computer equipment, chasing after and assaulting airport staff and passengers, destroying a gate podium, and throwing luggage. An American Airlines gate agent sustained bruising to her right shoulder after being hit with a computer screen McMillie threw at her.

What makes McMillie’s outburst even more shocking is that she is said to have been traveling on buddy passes given to her by an American Airlines staff member, according to sources of A Fly Guy’s Cabin Crew Lounge. These space-available passes are a concession that airline employees receive to pass out. The recipient is granted travel at a discounted rate if space is available on the flight. However, they come with several conditions, like the person using them should be on good behavior. Failure to follow this rule could result in staff members losing their travel benefits.

The woman and her children were connecting in Maimi when they missed their flight to New York, possibly due to no seats available for standby passengers, and were put on the next flight. McMillie’s meltdown began when she thought she had lost her two children. She can be heard in the video demanding the airline staff to find her kids. As it turns out, her kids walked away to use the restroom without telling her.

McMillie was arrested and charged with aggravated battery, criminal mischief, and disorderly conduct.

  1. Are you 💯 % certain she was on employee passes! Because first she’s totally not following any kind of dress code!

    • A 25 year old muppet acting like a child. She deserves to be in gaol for her stupidity and her children should be in the custody of their father.

Let's hear from you
