So a nice perk of this high-flying job is getting to eat tasty ethnic food at the source. I’m currently sitting on a red sofa in the standby lounge and it’s 1:54 am and my tummy is anticipating the savory cuisine it could be digesting by the day’s end. For tonight’s standby the choices are (if I get pulled for a flight) Thai, Malaysian, Japanese, or Chinese food. I could also end up having a nice Arabic breakfast if I don’t go anywhere. So now I just wait, dreaming of a delish Pad Thai prepared by my favorite street cart chief on the streets of buzzing Bangkok!
